Greetings from my imagination
New works by Liz Alderton

Dreamy landscapes, mystical places the ideas for my work are taken
from my dreams, half forgotten memories, something imagined or half-
observed. I try to resist the temptation to fill these memories into
something more substantial and try to be realistic to the vision and
all its deficiencies. I try to capture a moment in time before the
memory disappears forever and capture the image locking it into the
canvas.
I want the viewer to share this experience and sense the atmosphere.
